Bella’s Open is a tennis tournament benefiting the Bella Bowman Foundation, whose mission is to create and support research initiatives for pediatric brain cancer, fund new and continuous educational opportunities, and offer comfort care to children diagnosed with cancer and the families who care for them

Divisions:

Men 2.5 - 4.0
Women 2.5 - 4.0

Team tennis tournament, 6 player minimum per team

THE INAUGURAL STEVE CARTER MEMORIAL TENNIS TOURNAMENT

LSU TENNIS COMPLEX

Steve Carter’s legacy of University Laboratory School is centered around his passion for Tennis and his commitment to giving back to his alma mater. Steve was a lifelong Tennis player, a generous alumnus who supported the school and the Baton Rouge Community. The Inaugural Steve Carter Memorial Tennis Tournament is being held in his honor, with proceeds benefiting the ULS Tennis Program to help student athletes grow and compete. Steve’s legacy lives on. It is an honor to promote tennis, support education, and foster community involvement in his memory.
