The greater Baton Rouge community offers Fall League Play with Southern Combo and the GBRCTA City Championship Leagues. There are several age divisions and rating level divisions in the Southern Combo League. City Championship League offers play by Age Level (18+ and 55+) and NTRP Rating level. WANT TO TRY TENNIS?
GBRCTA has partnered with USTA and BREC to provide “Tennis Pantries” at two local BREC Parks. Each Tennis Pantry will have tennis racquets and tennis balls on loan to anyone that would like to “Try Tennis” without the expense of purchasing equipment. We encourage you to have fun and “Try Tennis”. And, after you play, we ask you to return the racquets and balls for others to enjoy as well. The Tennis Pantries will be located at:

Tennis Apprentice is a beginners-only program for adults! A great way to start your love of Tennis. The cost for the class includes:
4 weeks of lessons and 4 weeks of Step Up League.$75/person including court fees and a new racquet.
The GBRCTA will be sponsoring three Tennis Apprentice Events in 2025.
The next session will be starting Thursday, September 4, 2025.

And, you are cordially invited to nominate yourself or someone else for a Board of Directors position with the Greater Baton Rouge Community Tennis Association. If you have been on the Board previously, you may nominate for a position on the Executive Board. We are in search of enthusiastic and dedicated Board Members that desire to grow tennis in our community and actively participate in the Board’s initiatives.
